There are currently no vacancies at InfoMedix.
In this hands-on role you will be involved in the successful implementation and support of the software to new and existing clients. You will be responsible for:
- Installing and configuring the application for new clients
- Upgrading existing installations
- Application support - Provide assistance, advice, problem solving and technical information regarding the use of the InfoMedix product
- Following existing installation, configuration and support procedures, and maintaining them
The successful candidate will be results oriented, with a strong attention to detail, have excellent problem solving skills and be passionate about the provision of seamless, professional support to our customers. The candidate must have experience in a Linux/Unix environment and have good communication skills.
The primary requirements for this role are:
- Experience in application installation and configuration in a Unix/Linux environment
- Commercial experience in an Applications Support role
Additional skills / Experience (advantageous but not required):
- Experience with the following software: Suse, RedHat, Java, Tomcat, Apache, mysql, ssh, shell scripting
- Experience working in the Health Care IT industry
- Experience in working with high availability systems
- An understanding of Networking fundamentals
- Product packaging
- Build management
- Product Testing

Travel
Occasional travel is required but this is not expected to be required often.
